Looking for Flash Designer / Developer

As a member of the Design Marketing team, this designer will be a key voice in creative brainstorming meetings, and be responsible for creating flash websites big and small. Every project varies allowing for a lot of creative freedom to try and explore new things. Loading time, quality of final output, and work ethic are all very important in this job.
Responsibilities
* Creating a variety of flash ad units for our suite of FunWebProducts
* Creating landing page designs and assets
* Email design, ad optimization, offer pages and other marketing collateral
* Collaborating with writers and marketers on test concepts
* Working to optimize/adjust ad units from outside freelancers/contractors, as needed
Technical Skill Level
* Strong Flash background, including animation and optimization for web performance and file size
* Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
* Intermediate understanding of ActionScript
* Understanding of DHTML and UI design a big plus
* Ability to keep up with latest design and editing software enhancements
Professional Skill Level
* Illustration and animation experience preferred
* Good eye for typography and layout - formal design training earns bonus points
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and plan multiple tasks responsibly
* Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
* Positive attitude and sense of humor
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience with online/direct marketing testing a strong plus
